Hello, I’m Jhun Arconada From Philippines. The reason why I join WordPress is to enhance my writing abilities and the same time to widen the range of my vocabulary. Writing is my passion and hobby which enables myself to bring out all my ideas or concepts. I’m just an ordinary and simple person with huge dreams in life. I spent my spare time watching movies, video and listening English conversation on my tablet and Laptop which I downloaded.
The English language is not easy to learn, it requires familiarization and patience by using it and listening everyday conversation. In my case, I had been through a lot of training from the call center to IELTS review center but still, I’m not satisfied since I belong to the technical maintenance team. Yes, I’m a technically skilled person in many aspects of building maintenance. I want to change my career as a writer and spend most of my time with my family.
I had been away for my loved ones for more than ten years with a just short period of time for my vacation. So, my son grew up without my guidance but they are in a right path since we are now in advance technology I can contact them easily through social media.
This is a just short background of myself and I look forward to seeing you soon for more writing updates. Thank you and more power.

Spending so much time away from your family must be hard. You’re also correct in that English is a difficult language to learn. I admire how much effort you’ve put into learning it, and how skilled you have become!

Jhun, this is a belated thank you for following Under Western Skies. All of us struggle with English, one way or another, because it is, indeed, a complex language, and we’ve abandoned many of the rules that are inherent in other languages.
